1. Sales Audits and Client Surveys We work with firms across North America to provide an objective assessment of their existing selling practices, identifying specific areas requiring improvement. This is our usual starting place to assist firms to understand the specifics of why they struggle. Audit engagements begin at $2,500 plus $50 per person for training materials. We advise independent consultants and consulting firms of all sizes on how to improve specific aspects of their selling processes such as market position, selling processes and infrastructure, and can assist with the selection of business development personnel. Our advisory services are often followed by on-going coaching and continued counsel. Advisory engagements begin at $5,000. Our hourly rate for ad hoc consultation is $250 per hour. Our training is customized to the needs of each client including sole practitioners, small practices, or larger consulting firms in all sectors of consulting. Our training can be delivered as a distance learning program, as a one day or multi-day seminar, or as part of an ongoing professional development program within a firm. Participants receive the 240 page Beyond Referrals text as a record of their training and a guide for on going reference, as well as follow up coaching. Custom training and coaching engagements begin at $5,000 per day or $2,500 per half day plus $50 per person for training materials. If getting your team together for a whole day just won't work we can spread the training over several lunch hour sessions. In person or online using a webinar or videoconference format we can deliver targeted training one-hour each day - or one hour each month. Lunch and Learn programs are $1,000 per one hour session.
